Shipping policy

 

Any orders $75 and above qualify for free shipping otherwise a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Each order is processed and shipped out within 3 business days. You will get a notification email with tracking info once your package ships. All products ship from the same facility.
We do not cancel orders once a shipping label is created or when your order is shipped out.
Our packaging is not fancy. We use plain boxes to deter theft and for discretion. Also, fancy packaging is expensive and we want to keep the costs to our customers as low as possible.
Once your order/package leaves our facility, we have no control over how it is handled. If your order arrives damaged due to what may be our carelessness, please contact us with photos and description of the damages including packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Anything after that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged due to the carrier service, you must make a claim with them. 
We offer free shipping on orders $75 and over within the continental USA. We are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept orders from any US territories or commonwealths.
