Refund policy
All sales and purchases are final. We do not cancel orders once a shipping label is created or when your order is shipped out. We inspect our products before wrapping them up, however we understand things happen. If you receive a product that is defective due to spoilage or is the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will determine a resolution. Please take photos of the defective/wrong product as well.
Once your order/package leaves our facility, we have no control over how it is handled. If your order arrives damaged due to what may be our carelessness, please contact us with photos and description of the damages -including packaging- within 48 hours of delivery. Anything after that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged due to the carrier service, you must make a claim with them.
