I love every single product in our inventory. Each one has been throughly researched, tested, and put into careful consideration. At Meli Jein, we want to offer our customers the very best. It hasn’t occurred to me until now, as a new small business owner, that blogging isn’t just a sterile, boring way to advertise products, I can also use this as an outlet to share my enthusiasm for some really great, cool stuff. Here goes:
The Jimmy Jane M Massager
The M Massager is one of the best designed hand-held massagers that I have ever encountered. Props to the design team at JimmyJane. Lemme start off with the shape. It’s not too big or small and can fit into the shape of any hand, no matter how you hold it. Holding it with the four nodules facing down, it allows even, four-point stimulation. The contoured shape of the top fits right into the palm, providing an easy grip and the ability to change pressure with ease as well. Turn it over with the nodules facing up, it’s just as easy to hold, and you get a smoother rub down. That’s not all it can do. Hold the massager by the side (again, the shape allows an easy grip) and this makes use of one of the nodules to give a really concentrated work-out of deeper knots and pockets of tension. This is my favorite way to use it, particularly on my shoulder blades and calves. It just gets in there and does the job. There’s not many hand held massagers out there that are designed with such seamless functionality.
It’s versatile too! The M Massager is made of biocompatible porcelain. It can be put in the freezer if you want a colder feel. Or, it can be warmed up.
The material is easy to clean too. I’m a clean freak. I’m sure everyone has had a wooden Happy Massager at one point of their lives. They’re ok, but use them with oil or lotion and they never seem to be entirely spic and span after cleaning, everything just seeps in. With a little soap and warm water, everything comes right off the M Massager. I love it.
I was lucky enough to keep our product sample of the M Massager and it has remained on my nightstand ever since. It’s my Baby Boo. It’s here for me anytime, any way I want it.
The Jimmyjane Afterglow Natural Massage Oil Candle
I was hesitant to test this candle at first. I’m just not into having hot burning oil rubbed all over my body (I mean no disrespect, Teddy Pendergrass). JimmyJane recommends to burn it at least 30 minutes to get a good amount of oil, and I did just that. When the candle was ready, I blew out the flame and proceeded with caution. I held it with my right hand and positioned it over my left palm. I then tilted it very slowly, nervously anticipating the uncomfortable feel of hot oil as dripped down onto my skin. I thought it would be unpleasant, but it wasn’t like that at all. The oil was perfectly warm, like a warm body next to you, less intense than a hot stone and kind of like the temperature of a warm towel that’s placed on your hands during a manicure. What was even more surprising was that the oil wan’t greasy. It’s a solid massage oil that absorbs well, not too quickly, and allows a pretty thorough massage without having to re-apply. It’s clean too; it’s completely natural, made of Jojoba, Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Soy and Aloe, and is paraben free.
I’m a fan of the Dark Vanilla scent. Mine stands right next to my Baby Boo on my nightstand. I love it too.
Now, I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day. But if I did, I’d give something that we can both enjoy as a couple for some quality intimate time. Love’s all about giving and sharing, right ;) Why not buy something that makes a gift for me as well? The M Massager and the Afterglow Natural Massage Oil Candle are just that.
